COURSES IN THE MAJOR
GENERAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS (30 CREDITS)

Teacher candidates in the state-approved teacher education program in the elementary education major must also keep track of program benchmarks within the courses. There are five benchmarks, coinciding with five blocks in the state-approved teacher education program. At these five benchmarks, teacher candidates provide documentation showing completion of program requirements. A supervised field experience occurs in EDUC 3540.
