The Fischler School
Welcome to Nova Southeastern University's (NSU) Fischler School of Education.

Serving nearly 11,000 students in approximately 15 countries, and in every state in the United States, NSU’s Fischler School is one of the largest schools of education at an accredited university. Alma mater to over 50,000 alumni, the Fischler School is an acknowledged leader in distance learning education degree programs.
The Fischler School offers 21 degrees and more than 80 specializations and concentrations. Levels of study include: associate’s, bachelor’s, master’s, educational specialist, and doctoral degrees, certificates, and teacher certification/recertification. Programs are provided in convenient formats via online, on-site (cluster-based), or on campus, and blended to adapt to students' busy schedules and locations.
The Fischler School is based in a modern 18-acre campus in North Miami Beach, Florida. On campus programs are delivered at the North Miami Beach location and at the 300-acre NSU main campus, with state-of-the-art buildings, recreational facilities, student housing, and the largest library in the state of Florida, located west of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Founded in the early 1970’s, the Fischler School offered the first field-based doctoral programs in education in the nation. Following in 1982, the Fischler School launched the very first online course to its students. Since then, we have been offering the most innovative, accessible, and technologically-advanced programs to date.
