Andrew Jared Bucker teaches courses in instructional technology, instructional media, and online education. He received his Ph.D. in Educational and Psychological Studies in 2001 from the
University of Miami, where he also obtained his Microsoft Systems Engineering Certification. A native of
Quebec, Jared maintains a residence in Montreal.
